High-end precast custom design

Highly-skilled mold/carpenter shop with cabinet-quality craftsmen

Specialized mold shop utilizes highly skilled carpenters and craftsmen to build custom frames and molds for precast products

The 5-axis CNC Jet Machine is an automated piece of equipment that has the capability to create any unique shape or design

Very few precast companies in the US have the skill, expertise, craftsmanship and equipment to manufacture these high-end, high-quality products

Rubber mold technology provides ability to replicate any natural or unique surface or shape

Investments in equipment to increase capabilities and capacity

We have invested in new capital equipment and are poised to capture more precast architectural market share as a result of our increased capabilities

In 2020, an expansion to the production facility is planned, which will increase capabilities to produce additional pre-stress panels and larger wall panels

A new state-of-the-art computerized batch plant was purchased in 2015 to improve operational efficiencies and quality

We are also currently formulating a plan to purchase an offsite storage facility to increase our capacity and refine our finishing capabilities
